After receiving your fitness questionnaire and speaking to you about your personal goals, I will customize a science based workout program that will have you working smarter rather then harder. Workouts will be customized to your goals, time schedule, equipment, and experience as well as updated every two weeks to challenge your body through muscular adaptation. This program is great for those who have hit a plateau and are looking to revamp their routine for top aesthetic results.
