After receiving your nutritional questionnaire and discussing your personal goals, I will customize a plan that best supports your body and weight loss goals. As we work together, you will develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and your body. This plan will implement lasting changes that will improve your metabolism, energy levels, and overall health.


  • Detailed daily meal plan updated every two to four weeks as necessary.
  • Exchange list of optimal food options.
  • Supplementation counseling (natural and holistic only).
  • Introduction to new foods and how you can easily incorporate them into your diet.
  • Unlimited e-mail coaching and support to assist you in your transformation journey.

*Changes will be made at every two-week mark based on progress and response to program
